Has anyone suffered the Holiday bulge! I think i've gained like a milion pounds.. i swear, it's aweful! lol.. i gotta start a diet after christmas, this just ain't workin!

I know how you feel, Amanda. I hate that part of Christmas and Thanksgiving, but then you can always do the New Years Resolution thing! lol

I don't eat anymore on Christmas and Thanksgiving than I do any other day.

man, i'm the exact opposite... on Christmas and Thanksgiving i tear those plates up! Not a single dish goes untouched!

Last year I think I gained about 10-15 pounds. I'm probably going to gain some weight but I can go to the YMCA now to work out and burn those pounds off.

I have slacked a bit from my fitness program since Thanksgiving. The main problem for me, especially since I live in the Northeast, is that it's too friggin cold to do the outdoor activities that kept the extra fat at bay (biking, walking, jogging)

I am currently planning my new workout schedule for January.
After the New Year's hangover subsides of course.
Until then, I plan to eat light. Which since i'm staying with my folks for a few days is impossible.
Now if you'll excuse me, my Mother just put out a big bowl of Christmas M&Ms.
The woman wants to kill me, I swear...

omg i know.. i wear a size 2.. and they are starting to get a little tight. I have done nothing but eat!! argh. LOL course when you are bored, what elsea are ya gonna do?

LOL tell me about it! I seriously drank milkshakes everyday for a week and didn't gain a pound... I think all the fast food changed my metabollism...

At Christmas Time I eat what I want and then I exercise. I have lost 15 pounds just taking that route.
