Avril Lavigne stops set at Tacoma Dome!! - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I read that last Saturday night's concert in the Tacoma Dome featuring Avril Lavigne with Kelly Osbourne, Lifehouse, Default, Destiny's Child and others was cut short when Avril stopped half-way through her second song, complaining of "strep throat"!!
She walked off and didn't finish her set!!

Funny, I was about to go see that and get an idea of what she was like, I'm really disappointed.

So what's up with all this??

I mean, she could really be sick and all, but...

Did you know that I have NEVER EVEN HEARD ANY OF HER SONGS BEFORE??

Is she good, bad, what should I check out of hers?? I hope she makes it back...

Have you ever heard her sing live? Shes horrible. She has no "stage presence", and sings off key. She sounds fine on non live songs, but you must be in denial if you cannot say shes a horrible performer. Even my sister, who is psycho obsessed says it.

The only program she sounded bad on was TRL. Sorry but EVERY singer cracks a little, did you know that? TeeNick, AOL Live (that was the best), Jay Leno, David Lettermen, Kiss 108, Whats Next, Much Music Awards, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, The pre VMA show, The View, etc etc etc were all good performances. The 4 times i've heard her sing live, were all horrible: That MTV hall of fame thing(and trl), MTV VMA's, Billboard, and her "COVER" of SOADS's song. I guess she was sick on all of those occasions.

Record my voice..Thats a lame excuse. I'm not given millions to be a singer.
