Default Dont You Hate It When

you do something REALLY embarrassing, and everytime you think about it, you feel dumb and cringe?? I have a good example...I like this kid in my youth group at church, and so when we went on this outing thing, we climbed this log and when i was coming down, my WHOLE shirt came up. Vereee embarrassing.

Any other stories?? LOL

Whew! I thought I was the only one!

I often say something to girls that I later end up regretting. It's terrible!

The pointguard on our Varsity Basketball team was on crutches. He was going to be better in about 2 weeks. Well, I was practicing for a girl's soccer game and I was just randomly kicking at the ground. My friends came by and I talked to them while practicing. I turned around to laugh at them and kicked. I kicked too hard to the left and I kicked the point guard's leg, the one in the cast. Well....he didn't get to play for another 6 weeks....I wasn't very popular in school when they found out that I was the one who kicked him...

Once we were on a church retreat and me and 3 other people were taking a lil "hike" in the woods and we were going down this really steep hill..and well, im slow, so I was going down REEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAALLY slow and Kieree goes "Need some help?" and she reached out her hand and I said "NO!! Dont touch me!!" and I went sliding down the hill. Ow.

There's a lot more I could think of, but I just thought of this one cuz of the first person's story.

i have a few of those...i definitly dwell on embarrassing stuff snd drive myself crazy sometimes. usually its stuff thats happened because i have issues monitering what i say to people- the words just exit my mouth before they make it to my brain or something... lol

I dont get embarassed about falling, tripping, etc. The only thing I cringe about was asking this kid to the prom. Needless to say he said no. It was so embarassing. I want to die...

This one time I was in my room putting on my bra and my mom knocked at my door and said I had a visitor. I thought it was Michael or something so I opened the door without my bra on and it was my 12 year old cousin. I shut the door fast and I didn't come out for a long time. It really embarassed me to death.

Heck yeah. I actually did something pretty stupid just a few days ago; not embarassing, just weird and dumb. I'm praying the person will forget over the Christmas holidays...I'm praying HARD that they will forget

Anyway, I tend to do things like that around people who I try really hard to be friends with or who I want to be my friend or to just like me or whatever...I'm a dummy, what can I say

I had been trying to impress this girl for about 3 years. She was straight so it would have been a waste of my time to ask her on a date but I was always trying to act really cool around her. I always found it a bit hard to just banter with her though cos she always seemed rather uncomfortable around me.
Two years ago, I was coming back from the office Christmas party and I met this girl on the bus. The only seat left was the one right next to her so I thought "way-hey, my luck is in!" so I sat next to her and chatted away to her.
But I had consumed a rather large quantity of alcohol at the office party and, while I thought at the time I was being very intellectual and sophisicated, I was actually talking complete bollocks!
Then comes the worst part. In the middle of my nonsensical gibbering I suddenly felt rather nauseous. I fought it as much as I could but I could fight it no more. I threw up all over myself.
She tried to be sweet and asked me if I was OK and offered to open the window for me but I could see she was absolutely disgusted.
I got off the bus that night feeling like a total low-life and she never spoke to me again.

That, ladies and gentlemen, is the single most embarrassing moment of my entire life.
