Well, I did it folks...I called Isaac Ruiz this morning. What a warm, gracious man. Our conversation was short, only about 30 minutes long, due to the fact that he was at work...but we exchanged addresses and he has said that he will send some pictures my way. He also asked if I wanted to get a questionaire together for him to answer more questions and I thought that would be a wonderful idea. I posted the interview on my site and here's the link... http://communities.msn.com/PrinzeofH...isaacruiz.msnw
ENJOY!!

That was a really nice interview. Thanks for being brave enough to call him! If you do get the questionaire together, the one question I wonder about is if he still has any contact with Maria Pruetzel. He made it sound like they had been close at one time, so I wondered if he still talked to her at all. I know for privacy reasons, he probably wouldn't reveal where she lives, but it would be interesting to know if they still speak. Thank you again for calling and sharing with us!

Yes I agree ask if Maria is still alive.
Also ask him how he feels about Kathy. Maybe by chance he can get maria to see how Freddie is still loved by us all! ------------------ |

Beautifully done chicosladyfair! You are so talented when it comes to being inquisitive and tactful. Just to think you actually spoke with someone who was that close to Freddie is unbelievable. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. I hope you will hear from him again and maybe somehow we can all be a part of it with you.
I'm sure he appreciates the opportunity to be able to speak to you about the exciting career of his one time celebrity-hood. We are all big fans of his too and we'd love to hear more! HOW EXCITING!!!!

Great interview! He gives some great insights on Freddie. Wow, I didn't know he was divorced! He sounds like a nice guy! Once I get my site on him done, I'll have to find out how to write him to let him know about it.
Is he still moving to Ashland, Ohio? Would love to know that.

Cheryl, I don't think he's moving any time soon. He sounded like he was pretty content in Arizona. But you never know...folks have been known to change their minds. LOL!

Reason I was asking about his move was he had written on the message boards that were on one of the other CATM sites, think it was www.freddieprinze.homestead.com talking like he was moving to Ashland, Ohio. He put some messages on there that didn't seem like something he'd write. So I asked on here if that was really him or jsut someone pretending to be him as a joke & I remember someone on here said they think it was him. Oh well so much for trying to look him up on the way to hubbys sisters in Columbus, OH. Glad he's having fun in Tuscon.

Chicosladyfair, this was a great interview. Very insightful. I am most appreciative to you and Mr. Ruiz for taking the time to give his perspective on his experiences in Hollywood. This was a very moving interview and I am very grateful for your efforts and grace. He is a genuine friend of "Our Prinze".

He sounds like one of the few who really cared about Freddie. If only Freddie could've been around him more...

Thank you for taking the time to read it. Now that I've had time to sit back and think about it for a few days...it was so much fun!
I plan to send a Thank You note to him some time today. Mr. Ruiz was very kind and generous to let me share a bit of his time. Too bad all celebrities aren't that gracious. It was a thrill that I will remember for a life time and I'm glad I could share it with all of you.
