I Remember a Two Part Crossover L&S/HD Episode From Nick at Nite. Now, what episode is this? Also, can both Nick and Hallmark Air It, or Can Only One of them?

It's the episode where everyone goes on vacation in the country. Richie and Fonzie are caught trying to hook up with two farm girls, and their father catches them and tries to force them into a shotgun wedding. The HD episode ends with Richie running for help, and it is concluded on L&S.

When the HD episode aired in syndication, they attached a new tag which very abruptly concluded the show and eliminated the need to show the second part. Richie comes running back to camp, and runs into Fonzie, who says something like "Oh, no need for help now. Potsie helped me get away". Really bad. Once, I saw these episodes aired on a local station that had rights to both HD and L&S. They showed the two episodes in a row, but they STILL showed the tag at the end of HD which resolved the storyline, which made the subsequent L&S pointless.

If/when Hallmark airs this, they'll probably air it with the revised tag, since they don't have L&S.

Also, what is the title of the show? And in syndication, what happens in the L&S episode? Thanks

It's called Shotgun Wedding. In the L&S episode, L&S find a wigwam camp that they can stay in since there aren't any cabins. Lenny and Squiggy go off duck hunting. Then RIchie runs into the camp and tells them about Fonzie, so they agree to posing as Richie and Fonzie's fiancees. They go to the farm where they're met with the Fonz on a donkey, and start to leave with Fonzie when the farmers daughters decided they'll do anything to keep the guys. So after ruling out axe fighting and pig skinning, the girls decided to have a hoedown showdown. Hilarity ensues, the girls win, and the farmer decided that they should get married then and there. So they're holding a wedding when Lenny and Squiggy interrupt. Fonzie tells the farmer how to be a good father, and they all pose for a wedding picture.

I love that HD/L&S crossover! I have it all on tape thanks to Nick at Nite. I hope someday (in the near future) that Happy Days and Laverne & Shirley move over on TV Land along w/Mork and Mindy and Three's Company.
Anyone Agree?
