I kinda like all the proposals except #7. I think #3 is probably the best though.

I don't really care for any of them. I don't think we need to spend a lot of money just to make it have a great design. All we need are simple buildings with a memorial monument of some type.

Some really creative ideas there. I don't think they should build any really tall buildings again though. Like Dr. Frasier Crane said, a few simple buildings with a memorial would be just fine, but then again I don't live or work over there so who am I to say what should or shouldn't be done.
