The Gong Show E! True Hollywood Story is premiering January 5 at 8PM e/p on E!

The same day, GSN will have:
In a three-hour stunt dubbed "Confessions of a 'Gong Show' Marathon," GSN will surround classic episodes of "The Gong Show" with interviews with Barris and talent associated with the picture, including Clooney. The event will air Sunday, Jan. 5, from 9 to midnight e/p.

Do any of you know if the Gong Show airs anywhere? Someone I tape for overseas would just love to have some eps, but I don't think it's playing anywhere to which I have access. Anybody know?

Not that I know of.

Didn't it used to air on Game Show Network. I never got GSN until late/late 2000. I never really watched it then or kept up with it until recently, so I don't know if it ever aired on there (it most likely did..)

Didn't it also air on USA back in the 80s?

I don't believe it did. It has aired on GSN for many years, but not currently. I just got GSN like nine months ago on my cable...

Music Clearences have to be made to be shown. GSN Doesnt have many cleared at the moment.
