I think I have pulled a muscle in my back. It hurts right below my shoulder on my right side, and it really kills! Does anyone kno a good over-the-counter drug I could take for really bad back pains?

You're misalligned and so you're pinching a nerve. That's why it hurts so much. You should see a chiropractor.

the only over the counter that usualy helps me is advil....hope you feel better!

I get that feeling every once in a while too. Except its in the middle, by the bottom. It was like that on prom, I could barely turn around and it had me in tears.

the best thing is called DOAN'S Extra Strength. but don't take but one cause the stuff in it may cause your ears to ring as a side effect. depends on the person...made my ears ring when i took it but when my dad took it his ears were fine.

O.M.G.. i got a hold of some muscle relaxers from my doctor.. and first 2 didn't work.. but the 2nd two? Wam. I was out like a baby. I was seeing purple bugs on the ceiling, my roomate told me I started calling him "Jefthro, from the gethro, in the mathro.." and just kept saying stuff that ryped me "-thro" lol.. but i did get my back better... feels grreat! lol

I take Ibuprofen. It does the trick and doesn't make me drowsy.
