Questions about the show . . . - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I've only seen this show a few times but I really like it and I think it would be a good choice for me to write a spec for. The only problem is that I don't know some of the characters very well.

Maybe some of you guys could help me answer any of these questions. Since the show is not in syndication, I can only wait till every Monday to watch and that will take too long. Here is what I'm wondering . . .

1. Does Arthur still have a sex life? What happened in his past marriage? It she still alive?

2. What's the story with Spence? I saw him down in the subway last week. But how does he fit in to the picture?

3. Also, with Deacon. What kind of guy is he? He works with Doug I know and I read about the problems in his relationship but what's his character like? He's African American, is he not?

These answers would help me tremendously. Thanks.

Authur`s wife died and he burned down his house so he moved in with Carrie.

They had 1 episode where he had a woman in his room.

In one episode they will say he is helpless, in the next he is traveling they don`t know what to do with him.

The real story is Jerry Stiller lives in NY and can`t travel that much so he is not in every episode.
