Default The December 15th episode of American Dreams

Tonight's episode I think was a turn in the show. It was a great episode with some memorial moments such as the snowball fight scene at the end and of course the kiss as shown in the picture

Many things were spotlight, particularly the character that Vanessa plays.

Anyway, we will see how it did against the Nancy Drew ABC Sunday Night movie which was an update but there may be a number of fans out there.

The Ashanti cameo spotlight as Diana Ross was okay but she was not really well shown. This may have been done on
purpose. This may help to bring viewers to the show however.

later,
Brad

It did have a lot of memorable moments. The snowball fight, as you said, and some more were the scene when the Pryors were saying the Christmas meal blessing and they showed some other families saying blessings and the part where Roxanne brought her mother the plate of food from the Pryors.

Smile Last Nights episode was touching

[COLOR=purple]I think that last Nights episode was very touching.Like when Luke and Meg Kissed and Beth and JJ got back together and JJ acceptance to Notre Dame. But the most part I can't stop talking about is Vanessa and her Character She plays which is Roxanne.I can't stop thinking about her face last night when her mom wasn't there with her for Christmas Eve.I could feel how hurt she must of been feeling and I never had that problem where my parents had to work on Christmas Eve and Day and my friends and I were talking about again today.

Because they were surprised that I could feel how the character was feeling in the show even though it has never happened to me.Them too.And if the way she tilted her head when they were arguing and the way she looked down when they were arguing and having a snowball fight and when Mrs.Pryor mentioned how quiet she was the way she stood back in that kitchen and looked down and how she looked like she was going to cry at the show when she mentioned about how right Joey Lawence's character said about your family disappointing you.How she looked down at that floor when her mom mentioned to her she had to work.

And just everything.I just felt sorry for her a few parts of this show last night had me teary eyed a bit.Even that episode with Meg and what Jimmy did and how she cried.I asked myself and my friends and other posters isn't it weird how you just feel how the character on the show is feeling.Cause with the two teenage girls Meg and Roxanne I sure can.

I am so happy to see that there are so many others out
there who enjoy this show. Its refreshing that a drama like
this can make it in an era of shows like "NYPD Blue". I
waited and waited ever since I saw the first previews for
the show. It's an incrediable idea not to mention a
creative idea to use old Bandstand footage and also use
real singers of taday to play their parts. Ashanti was
amazing. I couldn't get over how much she looks like Doinne
Warwick. Like another person posted, I don't much care for
Dionne Warwick's songs. I wasn't born until 1971 and this
is a real cool way to expierence the pop culture of the
early 60's. It also has been a way (my opinion) for TV to
deal with the events of September 11, 2001. By starting the
show just after the Kenndey assassination, it shows that in
this other great American tradegy, things got better. I
love history esoecally 20th century history too. I'll keep
watching and hope that others will too. In episode 7 (Cold Snap) did anyone see the TV (at the Jack's appliance store at the beginning of the show) showing a few seconds of some documentary on the World Trade Center? My mouth open when I saw this- kinda wierd. Does antone know why they show this?
