how do i make tv shows and put them into vcds? and what do i need for it to do so thank you

I dont know how to do it from vhs,I do know how to do it from stuff you already have on your computer.You should check out

You need a video capture card and a CD burner in your computer. Or a standalone VDR (Video Disc Recorder) which works similar to a VCR, just hit record, ther is one extra step when done recording you must FINALIZE, which is a one button operation (if you forget to finalize the disc won't play in anything but the VDR machine) VDR's run 400-2000 dollars. Video Capture Cards can be had from 30 bucks used to 150. and CD burners from $20 bucks up to $250
