CBS has yanked freshman drama "Robbery Homicide Division" from its schedule in the first of a number of changes to its lineup.
"48 Hours" on December 13, a repeat of "C.S.I.: Miami" on Dec 20, and the annual Kennedy Center Honors on Dec 27 will replace the Michael Mann produced series for the remainder of December with midseason drama "Queens Supreme" permanently taking over the Friday, 10:00/9:00c slot on January 10. "R.H.D." is currently in production on its 12th episode. It is not known if all 13 episodes of its initial order will be shot. Meanwhile, CBS has scheduled the return of struggling drama "Presidio Med." The series will air for two weeks in two time slots: its usual Wednesday, 10:00/9:00c home on Jan. 15 and 22 as well as Fridays at 8:00/7:00c on Jan. 17 and 24. At the end of those two weeks, CBS will make the call as to which slot will be its permanent home. Regularly scheduled Friday series "48 Hours" will take a break during the two-week stretch. CBS has also decided to air its revival of "Star Search" across two nights of its schedule. Beginning January 8 the series will air Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8:00/7:00c for four weeks before wrapping up its nine-episode run on Thursday, February 6. The move bumps "60 Minutes II" back an hour to 9:00/8:00c so that "Search" can avoid the blunt of "American Idol's" two 90-minute Wednesday editions as well as the launch of ABC's "The Bachelorette." When "Search" wraps, "Survivor: The Amazon" is expected to retake its usual Thursday, 8:00/7:00c home on February 13. Three new primetime editions of "The Price Is Right" will fill the Wednesday, 8:00/7:00c before the launch of the fourth edition of "The Amazing Race" on February 26 The following are changes to CBS's primetime schedule in January and February: Wednesday, Jan. 8 8:00-9:00 PM STAR SEARCH (Premiere) 9:00-10:00 PM 60 MINUTES II (New Time) Thursday, Jan. 9 8:00-9:00 PM STAR SEARCH Friday, Jan. 10 10:00-11:00 PM QUEENS SUPREME (Series Premiere) Wednesday, Jan. 15 8:00-9:00 PM STAR SEARCH 9:00-10:00 PM 60 MINUTES II 10:00-11:00 PM PRESIDIO MED Thursday, Jan. 16 8:00-9:00 PM STAR SEARCH Friday, Jan. 17 8:00-9:00 PM PRESIDIO MED (Special Broadcast) Wednesday, Jan. 22 8:00-9:00 PM STAR SEARCH 9:00-10:00 PM 60 MINUTES II 10:00-11:00 PM PRESIDIO MED Thursday, Jan. 23 8:00-9:00 PM STAR SEARCH Friday, Jan. 24 8:00-9:00 PM PRESIDIO MED (Special Broadcast) Wednesday, Jan. 29 8:00-9:00 PM STAR SEARCH 9:00-10:00 PM 60 MINUTES II 10:00-11:00 PM PRESIDIO MED Thursday, Jan. 30 8:00-9:00 PM STAR SEARCH Wednesday, Feb. 5 8:00-9:00 PM THE PRICE IS RIGHT MILLION DOLLAR SPECTACULAR (Special) Thursday, Feb. 6 8:00-9:00 PM STAR SEARCH (Series Finale) Wednesday, Feb. 12 8:00-9:00 PM THE PRICE IS RIGHT MILLION DOLLAR SPECTACULAR (Special) Wednesday, Feb. 19 8:00-9:00 PM THE PRICE IS RIGHT MILLION DOLLAR SPECTACULAR (Special) Wednesday, Feb. 26 8:00-9:00PM AMAZING RACE 4 (PREMIERE) |

My friend Al is a stand in for Oliver Platt on Queens Supreme. He says it's supposed to be a good show.

Robbery Homicide Division got yanked already? I liked that show. Tom Sizemore is a good actor. I saw him in the movies Striking Distance with Bruce Willis & Ticker with Steven Seagal & rapper Nas. Ticker sucks, don't rent that movie ya'll. It came straight to video. Nas didn't even have a big part. I also liked Tom's black partner on Robbery Homicide Division. What's his real name? I saw him on a old episode once on the Steve Harvey Show & he played in the movie Life with Eddie Murphy & Martin Lawrence. I saw a episode of Robbery Homicide Division when rapper Coolio & Mario Van Peebles was on there. I liked that episode.
