I remember reading in the newspaper that when Cheers came to N@N that they were considering doing an original comedy series with George Wendt as a dentist/single father.Does anyone remember what happened to this project?

It probably got scrapped, since Cheers was added to N@N a long time ago.

If that's true, thank goodness they scrapped it. It sounded like a dud.

Hmmm...I like the idea of him maybe as a dentist but as a single parent...I think I'll pass...
