Default Favorite Episode

What is everyone's favorite episode?

Well, I've been watching SBTB my whole life...and my favorite episode is definitely Snow White and the Seven Dorks. LOL, that episode is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo funny....I also like when they hold the senior prom in the gym and Jesse and Slater get locked in the closet.

My favourite episode is 'Jessie's Song'. I always feel so badly for Jessie in that one. Plus it has Jessie and Slater hitting on each other, the Hot Sundae video, a rare insight as to what changes have occurred with the interior of Jessie's bedroom and more of my favourite character than any other episode in the show's history.

My other favourites, in no apparent order, are

- 'Dancing To The Max' (the Powerhouse Preppies and Jessie being paranoid)

-'Fatal Distraction' (the sleepover scene, always cracks me up)

-'Aloha Slater' (the Pineapple Princess)

- 'Blind Dates' (the hilarious scene where the camera does amazing close-ups on Jessie and Brett's faces)

- 'The Prom' (Slater asking Jessie to the prom, it's terribly sweet)

- '1900 C-R-U-S-H-E-D' ("Sorry, Prince Zack, we have to retreat, 'cause all these ladies have fat feet!")

- 'House Party' (totally classic)

- 'Breaking Up Is Hard To Undo' ("What a chauvinistic fool I am. I'm just so lucky to have you to remind me of that EVERY SINGLE DAY.")

- 'Snow White and the Seven Dorks' (the play)

- 'The Last Dance' (all the songs are hysterical)

- 'The Wicked Stepbrother 1 & 2' (just amusing in its own twisted way)

- 'Fake IDs' (Slater boring the girls at the Attic with his Jessie-babble)

- 'Date Auction' ("If any one of you sweeties dares bid on my Slater, I'll hunt you down in the streets like a rabid dog. Thank you, have a nice day.")

- 'Hold Me Tight' ("Men!" "CHICKS!")

- 'S.A.T.' (the kids' thoughts as they do the test)

- 'Love Machine' (oh, I adore this one. I had a field day over this one)

- 'Rockumentary' (songs, Casey Kasum and Zack the Macho Madonna)

- 'All In The Mall' (the bit where the gang are pretending to be shop dummies, and the part in the movies)

- 'The Senior Prom' (see below)

- 'Screech's Spaghetti Sauce' (the sauce advert and the kids' TV station)

- 'Graduation' (I loved the graduation scene- and what about Swan Pond? I still smile at that)

- 'The Time Capsule' (the New Class, who I'm wagering look nothing like the REAL New Class)

- 'Isn't It Romantic' (I mean, isn't it?)

Yes, I DO know I'm a SBTB fiend.

And now, get ready for a long, long

I love 'The Senior Prom' (no, really, that's what it was called) as well! Actually it was extra-special for me because it was the redemption of the show for the episode I affectionately nicknamed The Worst Episode of Any Television Series In Known History, Ever (ie 'Cut Day'). I s'pose 'Cut Day' would have been a favourite of mine had it not been for Jessie and Slater's breakup.

I LOATHED that breakup scene. I sat through the whole thing in breathless silence, then as the end credits rolled I wailed, "NOOOOOOO! How COULD they?!"

I mean, honestly. I didn't want them to have a silly tearful breakup... that wasn't their style... but they could have MINDED a bit! It basically goes like this.

SLATER: "I have something to tell you, Jessie."

JESSIE: "No, Slater, I have to go first-"

SLATER: "No, me."

JESSIE: "I don't want to hurt you but I've decided I'm going to dump you for no good reason. What was it you wanted to say to me, while we're still on speaking terms?"

SLATER: "I spent a day away from you, mama, and I suddenly realised you irritate me more than anyone on the planet."

JESSIE: "You pig! That's really unfair!"

SLATER: "But weren't you saying the exact same thing to me?"

JESSIE: "Oh, yeah!"

I'd find that amusing if it wasn't so tragically close to the truth.

But just as I'd given up on their relationship forever, the Powers That Be intervened and I saw 'The Senior Prom'. My GOD, was that one great.

Hmmm....what is my favorite? I think I like the one where they start the Radio Station and the one where they go to that Night Club and see Jeff there.
