Question Fonzie -married-

Out of all the girlfriends Fonzie had, who do you think he should have married and why? I really liked Heather and her mom a lot. What was Heather's mom's name? I completely forget! LOL

If I remember Fonzie mentioned that Ashley's husband came back & Fonz backed out. I noticed that Paula Petralunga an old girlfriend of his payed a visit during Fonz's brief fling with Ashley. I think Paula had an abusive husband or something. I wonder if Paula could have heard about the Ashley breakup & married the Fonz. Any other suggestions? I liked Colleen the ballerina too.

I could be wrong, but I don't think Ashley was Danny's mother. Didn't she only have Heather? I don't remember who Danny's Mom was, so I could be wrong.

Yeah, Ashley wasn't Danny's mother (who was never shown), but I don't think the above poster was implying this.

Fonzie couldn't have married Pinky, because Henry Winkler did NOT like Roz Kelly in real life, and he made sure that she was never brought back to the show (she was making fun of the Fonz character on the set, and he didn't like it).

BTW, Heather is one of the most plastic children I've ever seen on TV. She's like a throwback to 50s TV.

Default Fonzies getting married

Is it me or am I losing my mind?

They ask Henry Winkler about the Episode "Fonzies getting married"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FP6CQbcT4Pk#t=23m54s

NELLIE BELLFLOWER AS MAUREEN
Season 2 Episode 29 Happy Days "Fonzies getting married" Aired: January 14, 1975 Plot: In the first episode shot before a live audience, the Fonz suddenly announces that he is getting married, and Howard recognizes the girl as a stripper he saw at a hardware convention in Chicago.

Henry is mixed up and starts talking about Marrying Lina Purl (Ashley Pfister) in the season 10 who has a 6-year-old daughter Heather.
Interestingly which I never knew, Henry speaks of Heather and what she may have really dies from? WATCH the interview. WOW!!!!

yeah - he was just thinking about the wrong episode; as for the bit about Heather O'Rourke's death, I don't know what the deal is, but she had some severe medical problems that had been misdiagnosed/mistreated and caused her to go into septic shock, cardiac arrest and die.

November 10, 2006 Henry gave an interview for TVLegends and mentions Heather Rourke. Interesting because I wonder if he is "misremembering" is confused or actually leaked information NEVER known to the public?

Reason I says this becuase at 23:50 shown here

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FP6CQbcT4Pk
the interview woman asks about the episode "Fonzie getting married" Henry states he was marrying actress Linda Pearl but this episode ACTUALLY takes place in Season 2 Episode 29 which aired January 14, 1975 http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0596203/ you can clearly lookup the actress character "Maureen" was NOT played by Linda Purl and did NOT become Fonzies girlfriend until Season 9 (1981–82).

Then Henry talks about Heather O'Rourke commiting suicide? And being tortured by her father and she used to pull her eyelashes out in private in stress as a sign of abuse. Or dided from bad flu?

But the Internet says:
O'Rourke became ill in early 1987 and was misdiagnosed by doctors at Kaiser Permanente Hospital as having Crohn's disease. She was prescribed prednisone to treat the disease, which caused her cheeks to appear puffy and large.
On January 31, 1988, O'Rourke suddenly became ill again, vomiting and unable to swallow. The next morning she collapsed while preparing to leave for the hospital and her stepfather called paramedics.
O'Rourke suffered a cardiac arrest en route to the hospital, and after resuscitation she was airlifted by helicopter to Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego, where she died later that day.

Speaking to reporters, O'Rourke's manager David Wardlow initially announced that it was believed she died of influenza.
However, hospital spokesman Vincent Bond announced that O'Rourke died during surgery to repair an acute bowel obstruction (caused by congenital stenosis of the intestine) complicated by septic shock; this report was corroborated by the San Diego County coroner's office on February 3, two days after her death.
Later reports changed the specific cause of death to cardiac arrest caused by septic shock brought on by the intestinal stenosis.
