I know but don't they sing the same words?

One of the other choices was Under the bridge from the red hot chilli peppers and i thought the beginning sounded like Hotel California from the eagles and i announced that and everyone laughed at me LOL!

My school didn't have a theme song either. My school sucked also, so I guess that's why.

The Beatles version is so cool. Joe Cocker sang a good version of the song, too, but I like the Beatles version better. I actually don't know whether my class is going to have a school senior song or not. In my opinion I think a theme song for a school senior song for grad should be Graduation (Friends Forever) by Vitamin C. The theme of the song would just seem to fit the occasion.

Hey, That's a great song, either version.

Ours was "Never say Goodbye" by Bon Jovi

We had this thing called "Class Night" the night before Graduation and they played the song as we were all leaving
the auditorium.

Ditto. I got so sick of hearing the other version because of the Wonder Years.
