Question So handsome!

This evening I was looking at Freddie in the episode "Chico and the Van" and couldn't help notice (yeah right! like how many times?) how beautiful his hair was and how handsome he looked! I also saw him with his pajamas on. So I have a question....

Do you think Freddie wore pajamas like Chico wore pajamas? I don't think Freddie wore pajamas at all. When he played the role of Chico I could not help but, notice how he appeared to look so comfortable in them.

I'll be honest with you...... I really never noticed a man with pajamas on until now! I would've taken Freddie/Chico with his pajamas on...... WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

Jenny Lee,
One can only HOPE he didn't wear pajamas. LOL! Although, I could see him puttering around the house early on a Saturday morning wearing silk pajama bottoms.

Thumbs up

Oh yes, didn't Freddie have the most gorgeous hair? I saw a picture up for auction on eBay a while back which was an early publicity shot for CATM and was taken outside on a sunny day--that has to be the most gorgeous his hair ever looked, with the sun highlighting all those fabulous waves and bringing out the dark brown within the jet blackness! Almost blinding! And he was truly handsome in general, you are so right!

As for pajamas, I bet he didn't wear them in real life either, and if he had to wear them on the show sometimes, did they have to be such ugly patchwork things?!

Also on another CATM episode Chico tells Ed he has a teddy bear named Manuel (Unsure of the spelling but it's pronounced Man-well). Oh I bet he looked cute with his teddy dressed in his jamies! He looked so cute with his jamies on! So jamies it is! & with the teddy bear! Awwww...

All of you are so right. He was a handsome man, an Adonis.
It would not matter to me what he wore, he would be gorgeous!
Sigh,

In the first Aunt Connie episode when he is wearing that gray suit with a floral print shirt, his shirt is unbuttoned partway. Ummmm, Ummmm, Ummmm.... When I was drooling over him my hubby said that if Freddie were alive & to walk into the front door of our house, I would have a coronary attack... He also told me I had the hots for Freddie LOL!

Cheryl, ya mean to say your hubby just now figured that out? LOL!

I have always noticed the ups and downs of the buttons on Freddie's shirts (I guess I have a thing for chests without a lot of hair!). First he wore disco shirts to fix cars (!), with the buttons at a normal level, and sometimes T-shirts as in the pilot. Then there were the chambray ones, and the fancy ones he wore when dressing up, and it seems as if both of those got unbuttoned more and more over the course of the second season, then he started wearing V-neck undershirts under them in the third. The shirts got buttoned back up again as he began to lose more weight, and then there were the sweaters over them--who were they trying to fool about how skinny he was getting? For that matter, if they were trying to hide his weight loss, why did they do a show in which he became a boxer? (Not that I am complaining, mind you--I was actually pleasantly surprised that he had a well-developed, sexy body even then!)

My hubby has been noticing how I've been reacting to him for quite awhile! You're so observant! You're right on all that. He & Ed were awfully dressed up to fix on cars. I wonder why? Most mechanics don't dress up to fix on cars. But Freddie sure looked good...

They all knew, it did not matter what he wore. It could have been a suit made of burlap -- Freddie was knock-down gorgeous and FINE!
By the variety in his attire, they were just giving us ladies what we wanted - MORE CHICO/FREDDIE!
In his Mom's book, she said that Freddie did offer his opinions on the wardrobe of Chico. He did not always win, but he did let them know that he disagreed with some of the clothes chosen.
As for me, I had no complaint with anything he wore. It could have been a suit of armor - it could not detract from his great looks! Even if he had worn something not too great, on him -- he would have made it all the rage!

I keep watching the episode where Freddie wants Ed to donate Margaret's dress to a charity auction and a female impersonator buys it for his act. Towards the end, Ed and Freddie are talking about Freddie embarrassing Ed by trying to pick up a girl that ends up being a guy and Freddie says "I thought it was Ann Margaret". Freddie was wearing sort of a red or burgandy jacket (according to the color on your tv)and a pair of light colored slacks. He looked so
heavenly handsome in that outfit and his hair looked so shiney and long. His expression on his face was shy and adoring towards Ed and I can't forget his smile then.
To me that was the most handsome I had ever seen Freddie on any of the CATM shows. Check out the way he walks up the stairs behind Ed. He has a little dance-like step that makes you want to scream. My husband asks me why I keep watching that particular scene over and over. I can't tell him the real reason so I tell him I'm checking out the background scenery to see if there are any changes.

I love it when he does physical comedy, like:

Falling down when Flora pushed him..

Doing his "Igor" act; especially jumping up over the work bench and stair railing...

Doing his Muhammed Ali act, jumping around and boxing the air...

Dribbling the basketball in the Hypnotist episode..
