Hey Everyone.. you know in the opening credits where they have Rich and Potsie combing their hair in the bathrooms? Well who is the third guy behind Potsie?? LOL I have always wondered!

I think he was there just to make the scene funny since he was combing his lack of hair.

He isn't a character on the show. It was just meant to be a joke because w/his tight haircut there wasn't much to comb.

Yes it was sopposed to be a joke! But he was in NUMOROUS epsiodes! He didn't have a name..But he was in episodes from season 1 to 11! In the last seasons he had a mustache!
