I saw the show Ed talks to God and when Della is trying to convince Ed that birthday's are a gift-"Ed you have a gift not given to many long years."
Ed says" birthdays arn't to be celebreated thy're to be moourned."
This show being Freddie's last, I wonder if these lines may have cemented any thoughts of suicide Freddie was already having.
It was just a thought,that particular episode sure seemed to look down on life
