Scott looked better in the last few years of Happy Days than in CIC. His arms and chest were way bigger in Happy Days, I think he stopped working out as much when he got to CIC. I liked him better bigger.

I would have to say that I like Scott Baio both in Happy Days and Charles In Charge.

He was hotter on Charles in Charge, but I think he was still hot at the end of Happy Days.

Happy Days is my favorite show, so im naturally going with that. But Charles In Charge is anouther of my favorites, so its close.

I say...both! I really liked him best in the early days of Happy Days and the early days of Charles in Charge.
