Default Favorite CURRENT Theme Song?

Whats your favorite CURRENT theme song? You gotta admit, theme songs lately have been shabby. Theres no creativity anymore.. they go straight to the credits. There are shows from the 60s-80s where I dont like the show, but could watch those opening themes all day!

As for current, I gotta say George Lopez!!!

Thumbs up

It's not a sitcom, but the theme song and opener from The Sopranos knocks me out. It's my favorite.
The Mind of The Married Man's theme song is great.
American Dreams has a terrific theme song.
The music and opener for The West Wing is very touching.
The Practice is edgy, cool.

My all time favorite theme is the All My Children 90-94 theme, it was the best. My 2nd favorite is the current All My Children theme which is a remake of the 90-94 theme. But thats for soaps, sitcoms would have to be Friends, Will and Grace, That 70's Show, Absolutely Fabulous, and Sopranos.

The current Days theme is the bomb. I like Smallville's theme.

I agree. "Start A Revolution" is a good song. I use to like Reba's theme song but she changed it this season.

Will & Grace has the best orchestrations/intrumental theme. In-Laws actually has the best sung theme song. I still think that Friends has the weakest...

The best current theme songs are Will & Grace,Good Morning Miami,In-Laws,Still Standing (Before they changed it ) and Life With Bonnie

Friends ISN'T the worst but I do agree that it has gotten annoying after 9 years!

Curb Your Enthusiasm's theme song is repetitive (dum dum da dum da dum da dum da dum....) but it isn't annoying YET.

The theme to Malcolm in the Middle ("Boss of Me") is probably my current favorite. I really like the themes to Simpsons and That 70s Show and am even fond of the Friends theme (even though I don't care for the actual show; I never have). And though they're a little long, I also like the themes for Sopranos and Six Feet Under.
