Ross on Friends, had it happen twice (3 times if you count Carol but they were already separated when the show started.

I forget the name of the characters, but in Duets there was a couple who were dating, the next season they were married and the next season were divorced and the show was renamed Open House.

Corky Sherwood- Murphy Brown. Started out single. She got married and divorced twice in 10 seasons.
