And in real life too, well on The Hollywood Squares (if you can consider that real life). I wonder if he privately researched out about Neanderthals a lot in real life. I don't believe his character of Barth Gimble ever mentioned them on Fernwood/America Tonight and since Barth played guitar as Mull does I presume there is a little of Mull in the character (not the conman part of Gimble, I'm sure that was only a writer's creation). But still I wonder if Mull knows about those hominids plus the Homo Erectus and Australopithecus since he mentioned Neanderthals on Hollywood Squares and Sabrina.
