Lightbulb ok, now that I'm thinking about it maybe I was wrong

OK, remember when I said I was glad Reggie was gone, I think maybe I was mistaken, part of me feels like they should have kept reggie just one more season and that way us fans could get used to Chris, I am glad shes gone but I feel that that would have been the smarter move, Oh yea by the way Sundays ratings for BECKER were 8.7 millon viewers somewhere in the uppers 30s early 40s. Chris remains my favorite other Becker! Does anybody agree with me? I think if they kept Reggie the ratings would a bit more better, sarah, Mellissa what do you think?

Sad

Sorry! I always mispell. I mean Sara
I think the ratings will be abit better come January! Don't give up hope, BECKER fans, the more viewers means another season! I think Beckers next goal in January will be to have an audience of 9.4 million viewers, who knows, will see!

Yes I agree. I personally liked the show when both Reggie and Chris were on.I'm glad they kept Chris but I agree they should have kept Reggie for at least one more season. I also think the ratings will be a bit better later on this year.

Maybe if they hadn't dumped Reggie so quickly, I'd probably be a bit happier. She really had no closure. I stil prefer her over Chris though.

It sorta bugs me when shows drop characters so suddenly without any closure or anything. NewsRadio did it will Bill, but seeing as Phil Hartman had died, they didn't have much choice.

In a way they did do that but at least they had the respect to honor the character of Bill McNeil for one whole episode unlike another show...*cough*Cheers*cough*..but lets not go into detail about that.

Personally I don't really mind Chris but I wish Reggie was on too, I also wish there was more interaction between the characters from the diner and from Becker's practice.

I agree there (about the More interaction) because Margaret and Linda (and well Becker of course) OBVIOUSLY go to the Diner AT LOT just from the way they talk and stuff You'd THINK there would be a BIT more interaction

Same here, it would sharpen the shows edges, it would be a tiny bit better.

I liked both Reggie and Chris. I think it could have been good with both of them staying. It could keep everyone guessing. Shows always lose their interest when a couple gets into a permanent relationship, and there could have been great conflict between the three of them. The only trouble was, the writers had started making Reggie too pathetic toward the end. If she had to leave, at least it was good that they had her show some spunk and start taking charge of her life and try to improve it at the end.

I'm also afraid that if John finally succeeds at love, it won't be the same show anymore.

I agree. You know I 've decideded that I'm giving up on Becker, I' gonna have to except the fact that it will soon be cancelled(#1 ratings,#2 Terry Farrell) and since I have seen the show before they added Nancy, what can I say, I agree the show wouldn't be right if Becker succeeded at love, I mean HELLO, were talking about Becker here, is it me or has he gone nuts over Chris, for all of you that are reading this I'm sure I 'm suprising you, because your all probably thinking, Jennifer loves the character, she talks good about her all the time, well everyone I've changed my mind a little bit, I'm not that crazy about Becker anymore, I think I have gone overbaord in every ep that I have seen so far this season,, he**, I guess I was obessed with the show or something I don't know, I'll still watch it but I won't care if its gets cancelled, since its getting bad press from EWeekly,Chris is still my favorite character sort of, but I miss Reggie, even though I only saw her in like5 eps.

wait........
I guess.......maybe......I'll still hope that Becker stays on air if you do Sarah, I don't know maybe I just don't have that much time to look it up on the internet, cause I'm fixing to start Tennis and Softball, and UIL, so I'll be too busy to check for Becker updates, but I will continue too watch it, something tells me they might add another character, I'm sorry if my post was sort of rude I just had a REALLY REALLY BAD DAY YESTERDAY, and well I'm sure you all know how that feels.
I do know their suppose to add My Big Fat Greek Wedding spin-off show after Becker, so that should help the ratings some.
