How ghetto (I hate that word) is your school?

I was yet again reminded of it today when we were skating in gym and they were playing music over the gym speaker...unedited emiem. Yes. With all the "**** him and **** you too" and sh'it like that. Our teachers didn't even flinch like "Oh my! Bad words!" Noooo they don't care. Morons.

Our school is old and crap-like and they're adding on an addition that doesn't match and..ugh. Our lockers our yellow, but the lockers in the new part are grey with one maroon locker at the end of the rows....so stupid.

Your turn.

we deemed ourselves the "ghettoest catholic school around". The entrance if beuatiful, the campus is perfect. the outside of the buildings are immaculate, the chapel and the main office (where the parents meet) are overdone in gold with murals, huge crucifixes, marble, al this excess stuff. When the parents arent there, however, we take classes in the basment next to where theys tore the maneur (it stinks) and in the buildings where everything looks like it hasnt been changed or redecorated since 1977. The halways are ridiculously skinny. Everyone goes on about its greatness. My public middle school was better than this. At least you could fit through the halls.

So did i mention how much I hate my school today?

well....The people are all ghetto gang people, argh I try to ignore them. but yeah our school was built in 1912 I think it was.....and it is falling apart, We have these small space heaters for these huge rooms, the front stairs to get in the school are crooked...soo many people fell and the hallways are way to narrow .

Pretty ghetto. Take a look @ our bathrooms. And our walls. We were re-constructing in, so all the walls were stripped. They started end of sophomore year, and proceeded to work on it junior and senior year, and Im sure theyre still doing it now. Sophomore and junior year, we didnt have any ceilings and tiles on the floor. We didnt call it ghetto, we said we went to school in the projects. It looked like a friggan factory. But you know what? I liked it better like that, than from when it was all fixed up. The colors they picked (teal & purple) sucked and didnt even go with our school colors (maroon, black, white). Oh well. I miss it! Plus, last year we got to miss 4 days of school (after the first day! LOl) so they could do the tiles.

My school was built in 1938 but 2 years ago it was renovated to almost brand-new and it opened up to be a new middle school. It's fairly ghetto. The teachers are awesome and swear all the time. My principal is strict though. But she's cool

our school is vey ghetto. one part of our school is sinking.the floors were sinking in because our school was built on bad soil, so they had to rip up the floors and put cement or something in there and i dont think they did a very good job because they are sinking again. all the lockers are different kinds and colors.

The guess the most ghetto part of my school is the fact that we have power outages every other day. Even though we haven't had one for awhile. Also we have a flat roof so whenever we get a lot of rain or snow, my French teachers walls start to leak and everything gets wet.

That's how it was in some of my classes. The ceiling would start to leak and it would leave kind of a musty smell behind. We had some ceiling tiles missing. The locks on some of the bathroom doors were missing. One toilet was missing a seat. The roach and mice problem was also a biggie. I remember one day I was in Home Ec. and I saw this mouse crawl into this cabinet where the teacher kept her food. Geez, I almost **** a brick right there. I was so scared of that cabinet. I could almost picture myself opening the cabinet and something creepy falling on my head. One time we had to cook and a mouse climbed up the sink. I swear, it happened. One minute we were washing our hands and the next minute one girl that was in my group started screaming "Mouse in the sink!" Geez, I could've died then too.

Oh, I just thought of another one. One of the bathroom stalls in the girls locker room never had a door and one day they put one on and everyone got so excited over it. Also the toilets in the locker room are really hard to flush, I think I might be the only one that knows how.
