Default Want: Batman (1960's Show)

Does anyone have any TV recordings of the Batman show from the 60's that aired on the channel FX from back in 94 to 98 with commercial breaks.

If so here's my email. Just a heads up I don't do Digital Trades only Snail Mail Trades

Just purely my curiosity, if that's okay, but the show must have been repeated dozens of times. Why those airdates on that channel?

1994 was when it first started re-airing the show and it stopped airing around 1998.

Plus that's when I first came across the show being on TV. I hadn't ever seen it before those years. I was born in 81.

Oh right, so you want the commercials (or the experience) that you personally had of it.

I can remember for the longest time when a complete series set wasn't available and bootleg copies were being sold on iOffer.

I have one of those DVD sets from iOffer and it's awesome. Episodes are complete and appear taken direct from network prints, episodes also include the next weeks villain announcement at the end of episodes. Many episodes have "place commercial here" bumpers in between scenes. There's also a bonus disc with the 1966 Batman movie. A few years later when the official DVD's finally came out, I didn't buy them because I'm content with the set from iOffer.

iOffer was great with these old sets. Like you, I'm content with what I've gotten over the years.

Yeah there was a pretty cool Hey Arnold set I got that had some bonus stuff, and since Amazon was selling the show on DVD-R anyways at the time it wasn't that much different. I still have a number of old sets from Ioffer that I have just in case I need em(either for trading purposes or something else).

Yeah i have one of those Amazon made on demand DVD sets too for the nick toon's cartoon Doug. Thought i bought a bootleg when i first got it.

You guys gotta remember they didn't really start making DVDs sets for TV stuff til maybe the early 2000s unless you ordered sets from mail order companies like time life video.

I remember people at the flea market selling bootleg sets of TV shows too back in the 90s mostly of Simpsons. They seemed really popular to bootleg.

Now bootlegs are sometimes better then the official stuff. Like i have a bootleg set of Family Matters in 1080p which the series officially is still stuck on DVD.

ha ha, i have a screener of a TV Version of walking tall 2 off of the Paramount / UPN Network that has commercials but also has those "insert commercial here" title card too in between some breaks where commercials are missing. It's even hosted by two people. Kinda interesting for a screener from paramount. Never seen a screener with commercials.

I'm always upgrading my TV sets constantly though i kinda wish i had my VHS set of the Simpsons!
