Be careful here. I remember two distince episodes.
1) Rose is coaching a football team, and Dorothy won't allow her to let the team cheat when the star player doesn't fit the weight requirement. Sophia helps out, though. 2) Dorothy won't let a star quarterback play because he is failing her class. |

Rose and Dorothy were the coaches, then they both got sick, so Sophia ended up coaching.

It is the episode where Blanche dates a blind man.
"Blind Date" would be an apropriate title. |

Yes the episode is called "Blind Date." Here is the episode synopsis from TVTOME.COM:
"After being dumped by her boyfriend, Blanche befriends a man at a bar and makes a date with him unknown to her he's blind. Meanwhile, Dorothy and Rose try their hand at coaching a kids' football team." |
