Parley Baer, who played the judge on the ABP episode "Small Claims Court" that TV land aired earlier this year, has just passed away at the age of 88. They said he appeared in over 1,600 TV shows.

Oh my stars, how tragic. I loved him on The Andy Griffith Show. He was also good in the 80s movie License to Drive. He was downright hilarious in that movie. R.I.P Parley
