How do you all deal with stress?

Ive never had a REAL stressful moment. Im a pretty mellow person, althought Im a little paraniod and timid LOl. I dunno, I dont call it stress. I call it frustration. I either go online or watch TV. Or, sometimes I start swearing or kicking something LOl. LIke @ my prom, my friend made my dress.. and took it in again a lil TOO much, so it wouldnt zip all the way. Well, like 2 hours before the prom me and my mom are trying to zip it. Ugh..PLUS the zipper wasnt lined up correctly so my friend Amandas aunt sewed it with friggan fishing line. When I was @ home though I just got bitchy and really impatient and was just like LETS GO! Ugh.

I start swearing and getting bitchy with everyone. Either that or I just punch and kick the wall until everything is gone. Worse comes to worse, I just take it out on my principal or teachers.

I cry mostly if I get pissed off really bad (usually by mom), I go in the shower so my face doesn't stay all red and nobody can hear me crying. I usually do that on a weekly basis.

I lay on my bed and stare at the ceiling and think of a way to get revenge for the person that made me stressed, if thats the case, or else i just think about random stuff, and if im really stressed i cry or write it in a journal. Then i go to sleep.
