I'm not sure, but I doubt it comes to Hallmark. I hope some channel picks it up, but I just doubt it coming now.

It is a possibly that it might come to Hallmark , but I doubt it, it would be nice to see it again for a change, since TNN hasen't been airing it along with the fact that it's been on there for only a couple months time, maybe it may come to TV Land in the future along with "The Facts of Life" but I can't see it coming there for awhile.

Yeah I don't think it'll be coming to Hallmark either. I believe they just got rid of Facts Of Life after only having it on the air for a few months. I don't think they'll even bother putting Diff'rent Strokes on because Facts of life was a more popular show than DS was, and if it can't succeed on Hallmark than I doubt DS would either. Hopefully though it will show up on some station again soon. I am still missing about 20 episodes and it would be nice to have the entire series taped. Until then I guess i'll just enjoy the episodes I have.

Hallmark still owns the rights to The Facts of Life just because it is not airing right now, dosen't mean it will coming back, there still is a good chance it might come back in January. One of the reasons why it is not airing is because they've added a few new shows to their line-up and they're making room for them on their new schedule, so they left The Facts of Life over on the side, while the new shows air. The same thing happend to ALF, it was gone from the schedule while new shows were being added, after that it came back again and instead it appeared at an early morning time-slot, I can see the same thing happen to the FOL.

I don't see Diff'rent Strokes being picked up by Hallmark, but since they still have the rights to FOL, they could pair them together, but, I just don't see that happening anytime soon.

Viacom still probably own the rights to it so if it's coming back, it would probably be to TNN again I would think.

What is the point of having rights to a show they don't use? It doesn't make sense to me.

I think Hallmark is a loss cause for Diff'rent Strokes. I'd rather see it on TV Land or N@N again.

.
I think it's just a waste of money to buy something and pull it before the rights run out. I love to spend money, but even that seems insane to me.

I know I'm on the wrong board for this, but Pav. have you got the schedule for Hallmark yet? I'm dying to know if FOL is back.

I agree, it is a waste to have the rights to a show when they hardly air it all, I remember Hallmark owned the rights to The Color Honeymooners which they planned to air, they had an air date, everything was planned out until they cancelled it suddenly and soon after that they lost the rights without a single episode airing at all. I just hope Hallmark will not use the same technique with The Facts of Life. If they own the rights why not air it. I know no other network has plans to air it anytime soon, and I doubt Nick-at-Nite will pick it up again. So this is the right time to air the show while they still have a chance.
