I thought he was funniest in 5-7, mainly because of his lines AND Potsie laughed a lot at them in those seasons as u could tell Id say 2-7 he was funniest

I think Ralph was at his peak in seasons 3-4. This, I believe, includes the "Fonz Needs Glasses" episode, where Ralph was clowning around a lot in his father's examination room.
