Lifetime has set Stana Katic (Castle) and Nancy Travis (Last Man Standing) as leads of two new Ripped From the Headlines movies for Spring.

Both Films are written and produced by Conor Allyn and Benjamin Anderson.

Based on a true story, in 2017, Connie (Travis) and Larry Van Oosten (Pniewski) are jolted awake by a masked gunman standing at the foot of their bed. Abducted from their home and locked inside a hidden bunker, the couple must endure days of torment while their captor attempts to steal away their life savings.

During a tense trip to the bank, Connie risks everything to secretly alert authorities, setting off a frantic search. As the pressure mounts and their captor—someone with a chilling connection to their past—grows increasingly unstable, Connie and Larry cling to their faith, unsure if help will reach them in time.
