1985 Decker Hot Dogs commercial with Roger Miller

If you live in Oklahoma you might know Decker Hot Dogs as one of Texas and Oklahoma's top hot dogs. In 1985 country singer Roger Miller appeared in his only commercial for Decker Hot Dogs. The commercial begins with Roger Miller with a group of children sitting on a front porch of a house eating Decker Hot Dogs while Roger sings to the children. Now if you listened to Roger Miller when you were growing up you probably knew his classic novelty hit Dang Me which Roger Miller sings in this commercial but it's a jingle parody called Decker which features lyrics about Decker Hot Dogs. I didn't even know that Roger Miller did this commercial until I found it and it is such a cute commercial. Roger Miller passed away in 1992 but what few people didn't realize about him was his amazing commercials
