Official LITB book
I have a book that I sort of forgot about because I haven't looked at it in so long. It is called "The World According to Beaver" - The Official Leave it to Beaver Book by Irwyn Applebaum - (copyright 1984)
It has chapters on the following: The Cleaver Family The Guys The Most Interesting Characters Beaver Ever Met Life According to Beaver and a complete listing of all show titles and story lines It's a very comprehensive story about the show.
