"The Gilded Age" Season 4 Plot Revealed; Kelley Curran Promoted; Jim Gaffigan, Elizabeth Marvel, Dallas Roberts & Andrew Burnap Cast

HBO‘s "The Gilded Age" continues to build its Season 4 cast with four new additions and one promotion.

Kelley Curran, who has played Enid “Turner” Winterton on the series since Season 1, has been upped to a series regular for Season 4.




Joining Season 4 as guest stars:

- Jim Gaffigan (Chappaquiddick) will play Grover Cleveland, the 22nd President of the United States, who comes to New York to curry favor with the elite class.


- Dallas Roberts (Walk the Line) will play Daniel Manning, a seasoned politician and Secretary of the Treasury under President Grover Cleveland.


- Elizabeth Marvel (Presumed Innocent) will play Nurse Virginia Saville, a kind nurse who works at the Neighborhood Settlement House in the Lower East Side.


- Andrew Burnap (Snow White) will play Porter, a young gentleman of Society with an Ivy League education and money to invest in exciting new ventures.




Additionally, the official Season 4 logline has been revealed: Bertha Russell (Carrie Coon) changed Society at a cost. Now, her family must reckon with the consequences as Agnes van Rhijn (Christine Baranski) seizes an opportunity to regain her position.

Meanwhile, Marian (Louisa Jacobson) forges a new path for herself and Peggy (Denée Benton) works to be accepted by her future in-laws. In this new era, you must be careful what you wish for.
