I think Jane Wyatt appeared on "Marcus Welby, MD" as an ex-flame of the good doc. But did Elinor Donahue, Billy Gray, and Lauren Chapin ever do a guest shot on Welby?

I distinctly remember seeing Ms. Wyatt on Marcus Welby. But I don't think Donahue, Grey, or Chapin ever appeared too.

Say Buddy don't you agree that Marcus Welby MD was a much more realistic show than Father Knows Best? Welby could be said to be 80% accurate with reallife 1970. FKB was less than 30% true to real life 1954. Remember the ep when Welby talked in jive to that African American having seizures? Even sounds hilarious!

Yes, you are correct...according to "The Great TV Sitcom Book", by Rick Mitz (1983 edition), there was an episode of Marcus Welby in which Jane Wyatt (playing a sick patient) fell in love with Marcus...
The book kind of makes fun of the fact that, even though Young and Wyatt were "married" for eight years as Jim and Margaret Anderson, they didn't recognize each other when they met in that Welby episode...

The book never mentions any other FKB cast members appearing on Welby...granted, the chapter in question is actually about "FKB" (since it's a book about sitcoms), but it's not likely that any other FKB cast members ever appeared on Welby..
