Melissa Joan Hart Says she "Never Watched" her Iconic '90s Shows When They Were on the Air (Exclusive)

Melissa Joan Hart was a staple on the small screen in the '90s, becoming part of millions of people's childhoods.

Hart rose to fame as a teen on "Clarissa Explains It All", which aired from 1991 to 1994, and then she starred on "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" from 1996 to 2003.

While chatting with PEOPLE at Steven Tyler’s 7th Annual Jam for Janie Grammy Awards Viewing Party, however, Hart reveals the last time she watched one of her old shows was "a few years ago."

"Apparently, I was on Boy Meets World, and I didn't even remember. I had to watch it,” Hart jokingly adds, pointing to her 1997 guest appearance on the series where she played Sabrina Spellman.

“I don't have memories of a lot of these things, so it's fun to watch them back sometimes, but it's also a little cringe. Sabrina is 30 this year, which is crazy,” she adds.

It's funny how some sitcom actors never watched their own shows. Staci Keanan from Step by step never watched SBS either.

To us (fans) it's entertainment and to them it's a job. I understand people who don't watch their own work.

When a person does enough projects, forgetting them can always be a possibility, especially if they don't revisit them for any reason later on.
