Episode Reviews - "Brother Versus Brother" - season 5
Beaver is interested in transfer student Mary Tyler, and invites her over to the house after school.
Wally comes home, and her attention turns immediately to him. She maneuvers him into walking her home, which angers a disappointed Beaver, who makes his anger at Wally well known. She continues to pursue Wally, even lying in wait as he comes down the sidewalk. He tells her she's acting likes a baby and to bug off. She leaves in a huff. Later in class, she sends a note to Beaver asking him to walk her hime, to which he replies, drop dead. Beaver tells Wally she likes him (Beaver) again, and Wally pointedly does not tell Beaver that he told her to bug off. |
