Hi. Sorry to bother you all I’m having trouble with Frndly TV. Does anyone know the phone number I can contact them at?
First off we lost where we can record programming. My parents were watching Svengoolie and it told them they only can use one advice at a time. They were able to watch it on different ones but now why just one advice & they were only using one advice. I know the Svengoolie movie was Godzilla but streaming had another movie and they started watching the other movie but than it started over and took them to Godzilla movie 3x’s. If anyone can guide me on what we can do I would surely appreciate it. Thank you. |

You need to upgrade to a higher tier. Sounds like you’re on the “Basic” tier ($8.99/month), which gives you SD-quality video, no DVR, and the ability to watch on only one device at a time.
The “Classic” tier ($10.99/month), which is the plan I have, gives you HD-quality video, the ability to watch on two devices at a time, and unlimited DVR recordings you can keep for up to three months. “Premium” ($12.99/momth) gives you HD-quality video, the ability to watch on up to four devices at a time, and unlimited DVR recordings you can keep for up to nine months. TL;DR: If you want DVR, you’re going to have to pay at least $2 more per month. |

Hi Dream Canteen,
When you are on Frindly TV do you click on the right button to record a show? Because on Frindly TV there is an Add-On feature and when you select shows to record they will ask if you want to Add-On another show and just click the No button because the Add-On feature costs money but I don't recall how much it costs Hope this advice helps you Hawkee |
