Default What websites can I find old TV GUIDE articles for 1970's Sitcoms?

I was a child in the 1970's and i never got a chance to read or see classic TV guide articles or covers for hit shows such as Three's Company, The Jeffersons, Good Times, Sanford and Son, and Happy Days. So if anyone knows what websites would be helpful in coming across TV Guide classic covers and articles I would really appreciate a lot.

Tv Guide has a cover gallery where you can view old covers and send them out to your friends. I think you can just view them if you want.

http://www.tvguide.com/50th/ecards/

Just type the show you are looking for in the search box and it ought to come up. Hope this helps!

Thanks Jenny for the website. Is there a way to read the TV Cover story?

I'm not sure about reading about the cover story. I was thinking that you could, but when I went in there I didn't really see anything involving that. I'm glad I could help with the covers though. I hope someone else posts about the actual articles.

I'm not too sure you can read old TV Guide articles online. I know, because I tried, and couldn't. I ended up ordering 3 or 4 old issues.

The issues that you ordered were they from the 70's and how were you able to order old issues of TV Guides?

Yes, they were from the 70's.

It was close to 2 years ago that I had ordered them, so I couldn't remember the person's name I had ordered them from.

I had a feeling you might be asking this question, so I used the google search and typed in TV Guides, and there are a few places you can order them. One is Lenoretvguides.com.

The person I had ordered them from was from PA. He had all these TV Guides, and wanted some more room in his house, so he was selling them. Like I said, that was close to 2 years ago, so he probably is not selling them anymore, but according to the google search, there are other places selling.

Since you are a Three's Company fan, SOLOMON, you might like these three articles:

http://www.freewebs.com/tcsnowster/ruincareer.html ("Suzanne Somers: They Are Trying to Ruin My Career" from March 1981)

http://www.freewebs.com/tcsnowster/longstrangetrip.html ("What a Long Strange Trip It's Been" from March 2002)

http://www.freewebs.com/tcsnowster/N...Cadorette.html ("Newcomer: Mary Cadorette" from May 1984)

Those are from my website and I typed them up myself, so please excuse any typos in my typed versions.

Are there any TV Guide article links for other shows?
