I think That Girl has what you're looking for. Marlo Thomas breaks the fourth wall at the end of the episode and says they're airing out of sequence:

The Hazel pilot is shown as the 23rd episode of the first season. Don DeFore was edited in as the male lead, replacing the original actor. The sets are also different.
