Default Episode of Twilight Zone with Russell Johnson to be Shown...

The Twilight Zone Episode "Execution" Which has Russell Johnson (Professor) Playing the role of a machine inventor will be shown:

Tuesday, November 26th at 11:30PM
Wednesday, November 27th at 2:30AM

Channel: Sci-Fi

I am a little confused about the times... Over here where I live (Seattle) SCI-FI is either channel 59, or channel 160, depending on where you live.. It says its on channel 59 at 11:30PM, and on channel 160 at 2:30am the next morning, So IM thinking channel 59 picks up the east coast feed or something... Oh well Just check your local listings.

You're 'cavorting'. **hehe**

Oh, yeah, the GI episode of Roseanne is coming on TBS Monday the 18th at 4 PM (eastern).

The cast of Roseanne parodies GI...and then at the end the cast of GI parodies Roseanne. It's priceless...

DW: "Ooo, Aunt Jackie, you need a shave..." **dies**

The 11:30pm one the Eastern feed for the Atlantic coast, and the 2:30am one is the Western feed for the Pacific coast. The offical time for Eastern/Pacific is 2:30am.

of course....knowing that tv land is going to run them all again....i COULD just wait until the next time it's on and tape roseanne instead. decisions decisions

I turned it on just as the tag scene was on. Hysterical. I love it.
THEY CUT OUT THE PORK RINDS LINE!!! I was so upset. Tina takes the bag out of the shopping bag and is like, "Pork rinds....LIGHT?!" Priceless... TBS also screwed up the credits. O wells....

Were you amused?!

i was highly amused. lol. i probably would have been more amused if i had ever actually watched roseanne before.....but i was amused never the less. the best part was jackie as gilligan....i couldn't stop laughing. and then poor russell. "i'm dumb." LOL
only one problem. my stupid clock on the vcr must be slightly off. i set it to stop at 4:30....and so i get home and watch the show....and it gets to the end.....and part of it is cut!!! it was like "darlene aren't you happy that david's......" and it stopped! NOOOOOOOO! what happened after that?

Okay, so "Darlene" looks up at "Aunt Jackie" and goes, "Oo, Aunt Jackie, you need a shave." LOL!

And then David comes in and they're all, "HI DAVID!" in unision. He stares at them, shakes his head, mumbles "I watch too much TV..." and walks out. It's amusing.

LOL!

i've already checked the date 20 times and wrote myself a sticky note to put by the tv. knowing me though....i'll wake on that morning and totally forget to set the vcr before i leave for school. i don't function before 7:00. hmmmm....i just thought of something.

*goes off in search of the tape that has "back there" on it....plus a whole bunch of other junk*

it's a good thing i label what's on a tape. this search would be difficult. i have 9 GI tapes altogether, then there's one with the E true hollywood story and roseanne, then there's the top 40 theme songs one....and there's at least 5 more with just random taped stuff. i hope i marked the one with back there on it.....i think i did....but if i didn't then i'm gonna scream.

don't worry......SuperJulie the always friendly though somewhat annoying obsessed fan person will be sure to constantly remind you to watch the twilight zone.

really, the reason that i can't wait is because i loved seeing russell on the twilight zone once and i want to again. it made me laugh. anyone who ever saw at least one episode of the twilight zone knows that they all overact terribly! i think they were SUPPOSED to or something. lol! i love it when russell freaks out....it's so funny. his voice gets all wavery and stuff.

Yes, he does get quite emphatic at times. It amuses me to no end. Like, a perfect example is in 'Erika Tiffany Smith To The Rescue' -- he gets so excited and you can't help but laugh. LOL.

My mom and I were watching Celebrity Family Feud when GI was on, and him and Dawn were doing the final Feud thingy, (I donno what they're called) and he was, like, not really *screaming*, but speaking very emphatically, and my mom was like "OMG, man, calm down. I think they can hear you." LOL. Priceless.

He's amusing.

LOL!!!! oh my gosh....i would SO love to see that! *mental picture* HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

he's great. it IS very amusing when he gets excited about something. he gets all full of emotion or something....and his voice shakes and his eyes get weird......lol. it's even more amusing than his cary grant impression.....which, i might add....is very good. my sister used to be in love with cary grant....and russell really did sound like him when he did his impression (it was so good he got to do it twice! lol)

sometimes though....i find him slightly disturbing. the dream sequence scene with the oranges and the "jack and the beanstalk" thing......*shudders* that's nightmare inducing. and the scene in "gilligan goes gung-ho" where him and the skipper are acting like they're gonna fight......it scared me. i was terribly frightened. the same with the pirate scene that one time.....very very scary.
