Can anyone think of any mistakes that were made that went unnoticed? Besides the ones they pointed out on N@N (Why dont you give it a try Eve...the cardhouse...etc)?

I remember seeing a classic tv rewind in episode "The Hero" where Peter helps a girl by a falling shelf, and what happend was one person from the set crew had pulled a wire causing the shelf to fall down.

Another rewind I remember seeing when all of the kids were jumping on the trampoline, and trying to do tricks when I noticed that Carol was cheering the kids on with their real-live names, while they were preforming, Carol didn't use any of the characters names.
