Marvel character Candy Sticks

I wonder if there are different regulations on these? I haven't seen candy cigarettes sold around me in a long time and now they're called "sticks" and not "cigarettes".

When I've left the 5 boroughs and gone to Long Island, Westchester County, Saratoga Springs... I've seen the ones that look more like cigarette packs.

I believe a candy shop on the Atlantic City, NJ. boardwalk also sold the candy cigarettes.

How about Rick And Morty Pringles? They were sold at Walmart and came in flavors like Pickle Rick flavor and there was one other flavor that was Morty's favorite Pringles flavor

Do you remember Fritos NASCAR Racers? They were Fritos shaped like Jeff Gordon's race car and Jeff Gordon was featured in the commercial. Another thing I remember seeing that my parents bought for me that I didn't even know existed was Star Trek cereal and it was made by Kellogg's in honor of the Star Trek movie

I know some products are exclusive to Walmart.
