I assume these pictures were both taken a while ago, but Luis looks sooo handsome, and Maria is lovely. Such a sweet smile--I can see where her son got his!

She looks good in that pic. I wonder if it's a recent one? Luis kinda looks like Tony Orlando.

You are all welcome.Luckymama,he didn`t say what year Maria`s was made in.Luis just said on Maria`s pic that it was at a happier time.He said his was made when he was a reporter at ABC.I hope he will send me some of Freddie.Hopefully, if he does they will be some we hadn`t seen.

The style of Maria's dress looks kind of like 80's...It looks like she had lost some weight, too...If only there were more of the car in the foreground showing, we might be able to get an idea of the year from the style of the car...

She does look like she lost some weight too. She looks better in that pic somehow & looks good for her age. I wonder what yr it's from. Freddie should be there somehow...

Could it have been taken when he was their to visit this past sept? She looks wonderful, I bet the weightloss is from diabetes. No matter what or when she is beautiful!

I wondered too if she lost the weight due to her diabetes. That happened to my Grandma, But it sure didn't happen to me. I gained weight...

Hope she's doing well...

Just got a email from Luis.He said the pic of Maria was made 8 or 10 years ago by him.

You said it Karen, I couldn't agree more. I just finished viewing the tribute to Freddie at the NCLR awards(thanks Paul!)
Jr looks so moved by Paul Rodriquez'z words and sounds so sincere I just wish he would honor his Father's memory by staying in touch with Maria.
