My Dr. has decided to refer me to a Neurologist to verify whether or not I have A.L.S. I have several of the symptoms, but it still needs to be checked out by a specialist.
Any thoughts and well-wishes are certainly appreciated and a few prayers might not be out of order either. I will update this when I have more news.

I didn't really know what A.L.S. was, so I just googled it. Wow, I'm really hoping that it isn't what you have . And whatever is wrong they can take care of it. Saying prayers for you.

Charles, I'm so sorry to hear this. I will be sending a lot of positive energy your way and keeping you in my thoughts. Even though you have symptoms, I'm hoping this turns out to be something else. ALS is such a terrible disease, and I hope to see the day they find a cure, or at least a way to significantly slow progression.

Hopefully it will be nothing. But the best thing to do is to find out for sure. Worry is a terrible thing to live with. I pray that all will be ok Charles. We are all pulling for you!

Thanks everyone, I'm also trying to care for my mother with hardly no help from my 2 brothers. These are the main reasons why I haven't been posting much lately.
