Default Good Morning, Miama- Straight Plagurism of NewsRadio?

Hello. First, I'd like to say NewsRadio is one of my all time favorite TV Shows. I've seen every episode of the new show, Good Morning, Miama. I think it is fairly decent, but that's not the point of this thread.

While I know the plot is very different from NR, I believe every character on GMM, except for the grandma character, is directly stolen from NR.(Just so you know, I don't know the characters name's from GMM, so it might sound a bit confusing.)

-First, Dave compared to the Boss from GMM. Both of these series started with these guys as the new station managers(interesting fact, NR is set in a Radio Station, and GMM in a TV Station.) They are both young, new to the town, and can't seem to handle their new jobs at this wacky place. Also, they almost insteantly became attracted to a female co-work.

-Beth and the GMM secratery. Both lousy secrateries, seem depressed a large amount of the time, wear skanky outfits, aren't too nice to their new bosses, and is the only person who knows about the relationship between Dave and Lisa/the guy and the woman.

-Bill McNeal and the co-host on GMM. Both are pretty much the only people who go on the air in the show. They are both mean and sarcastic who make jokes about everyone else on the show. They also don't really respect their new bosses.

-Katherine and the Latina woman. They are both racial minorities, also on of the few people who go on the air, and both work side-by-side with Bill McNeal and the GMM guy. Not much similarities though.

-Mathew and the guy with the glasses. They are both weird, quirky, childlike, and a little infemminent. They also both worship their boss, and Bill and the GMM Bill.

-Lisa and the woman from GMM. Not really much in common, besides they both are the love interest on the boss.

Shame on them for trying to copy NewsRadio...I don't like Good Morning Miami, I can't wait till it gets cancelled...

Personally, I think the big difference between NewsRadio and Good Morning Miami is that NewsRadio is actually funny.
