Question Would you do a DS reunion?

I'm sorry if this has been posted before, but I haven't been on this board in a long while. My question is, considering Dana Plato passed away, do you think there should be a Diff'rent Strokes reunion?

In my opinion, even though not having Kimberly there would be a great loss, I would still love to see what the Drummonds, Jacksons and McKinleys are up to now. What do you think?

I'm kind of split down the middle. On one hand, it would be horrible to have a reunion without Dana. On the other hand, I'd like to see a reunion. If they did have a reunion, I'm not sure Gary Coleman would participate. If they did do a reunion, they might get around the Dana part (might)- I just don't see how they could go around the Arnold part.

I think it would interesting, to have a Diff'rent Strokes Reunion. Even though Dana wouldn't be envolved in it, it might not be the same. But it probably wouldn't be complete without Dana. I hope people remember Dana as an very successful actress rising for a start as a Child Star. But I think if they did have an reunion, they show devote a dedication to Dana Plato and what she has accomplished in the series and the beginning of her stardom, and mostly becuase she was a major part in the series, along with her on screen brothers, and how they were a family off-set.

This subject has come up before. A reunion without Dana would'nt do so well for me anyway. The last time this subject came up I wrote a reunion story which included Dana. I don't know how you'd go about finding it on here. I don't remember the exact name of the thread that time around. I'm sure it could be located though by anyone who would like to read it.

I agree with Jenny in that on one hand it would be goreat to have a reunion on the other hand it wouldn't be the same without Dana.

I think Gary probably would particapate.

An idea for someone to organise the reunion could be Shavar Ross (Dudley) who makes mini movies now with his company.

I think too much went down with cast members. I don't think one will be in the cards. I did like it when Mr Drummond and Arnold appeared on "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air" wanting to buy the house from the Banks Family.

This is the address of the story I wrote about a DS reunion that included Dana. Thanks to JethroSimpson for helping me to re-locate it.
