Sad from the mouth of babes

In my post "to peko" I mentioned that my 10 yr old daughter has found Freddie Sr. and is very taken with him. Last night after she was on the internet reading up on Freddie and we talked about him,she said you know mom Freddies mind was screaming and his heart was crying and no one noticed. Like I said from the mouth of babes.

I work with kids at day care everyday and they do have a way of understanding the most complicated things and saying the most thought provoking things.
It's good to know that there are younger people out there learning to keep Freddie's memory alive.
It's too bad that there wern't some younger people around Freddie more they may have been able to pick up on the cries of his heart that everyone else missed-what a shame

Yeah, I feel he wasn't around enough young kids his age & spent too much time around older folks. Maybe he shoudl've gotten James Komack to introduce him to John Travola (Who supposedly Freddie called on the phone when he was feeling down). He could've use the help of those closer to his age... John never face the problems Freddie did...

I agree with you peko, one time maybe abad joke but really certainly that's not normal emotional behavior even in Hollywood. The more I think of all this it seems to me to be a case of let someone else fix it let them take care of it.
As far as Maria, she was just a loving and trusting mother whose son could talk to her about everything and with that thought and her trust in Freddie and the "friends" he made(I believe she thought they'd watch out for her beloved son) and let her know if he needed something. Wouldn't any mother?
Up to that point she'd had no dealings with Hollywwod and I imagine she thought the older ones looked out for the younger ones.
I guess at that time, and maybe still, Hollywood was a every man for himself and let someone else fix it kind of place
