What has happened to good anime cartoons these days?

In the cartoon industry I've noticed that good anime cartoons are disappearing and I can't figure it out. Because it seems hard to find good anime cartoons and the good cartoons have been replaced with anime cartoons with adult themes and less fighting scenes and I remember when anime cartoons like Bleach dominated Cartoon Network and they were like animated soap operas than anime cartoons and now anime cartoons like One Piece have replaced popular popular anime franchises like Dragon Ball Z and Project Ako. And even the kids anime cartoons have disappeared and you don't hear of an English revival of Sailor Moon or a new Pokemon series and it seems that today's anime cartoons now appeal to the over 18 crowd. Another thing I noticed is that there are NO streaming apps that feature anime cartoons in English and when you look for anime cartoons on any streaming app in English they are scarce and only anime cartoons in Japanese with English subtitles are found and they should make a antenna channel or a streaming app that features anime cartoons in English and why they don't have an app or antenna channel is a mystery to me
